Commercial real estate attorneys have described a challenging climate where many would-be buyers pause deals or scrap them entirely in the face of rising interest rates. So reports Commercial Observer.

DechertDeal volume has slowed but lawyers said their workload has increased when it comes to securing financing or setting feasible timelines.
