A federal jury found Omayra Ujaque guilty of three counts of bank fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida announced.
According to the indictment, the 52-year-old’s scam sought funding for unqualified borrowers through an unspecified financial institution that employed her.
