All 5 Suspects Guilty in $38M Mortgage Fraud Conspiracy

Each of the five suspects in a mid-Atlantic mortgage fraud conspiracy that spanned four years and bilked lenders out of $38 million have either been convicted or pleaded guilty. So reports The Journal News.

Most recently, a federal judge sentenced Jacqueline Graham, who was found guilty in June 2019, to 11 years in prison.

Graham was employed by Terra Foundation, which filed almost 60 fraudulent mortgage discharges in New York and Connecticut.
