Real Estate CEO Admits to Falsifying Mortgage Documents

A former Michigan real estate executive now based in California faces up to five years in prison after pleading guilty to a scheme to falsify documents submitted to mortgage lenders, according to federal authorities. So reports The Real Deal.

prison icon 2071965 640 small 280x186Tyler Ross, 37, was the co-chief executive officer of two commercial real estate companies in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Roco Real Estate and Roco Management, the Department of Justice said.

Ross is scheduled to be sentenced on March 12, 2024 over the scheme, which ran from 2015 to 2019, according to court documents.
