According to Fannie Mae’s Mortgage Lender Sentiment Survey, just 25% of lenders said they were familiar with the technology and its potential use in the mortgage industry.
Although cryptocurrencies are perhaps the most widely publicized application of blockchain, just 31% of lenders said they believe mortgage companies will probably accept crypto as consumer loan payments in the next three years.
