Although the maximum penalty was 17 years in prison, a Manhattan federal court judge sentenced Rohr to time served and three years of supervised release.
The judge cited Rohr’s key testimony against Live Well founder and CEO Michael Hild, who was found guilty on all counts and sentenced to 44 months in prison but remains free on bond pending appeal.
