Massachusetts couple Barry Wayne Plunkett Jr. and Nancy Plunkett pleaded guilty to bank fraud and aggravated bank theft, according to the U.S. attorney’s office in Boston.
Before being disbarred, Barry Plunkett headed a law firm, where his wife worked as a paralegal.
