Sammie Sue Doss, who ran a mortgage broker business in Fort Myers, was charged with grand theft, fraudulent use of personal identifying information and a breach of state loan broker laws, according to Florida's Office of Financial Regulation.
Doss pleaded no contest in 2011 to a charge of a similar advance fee for loan scam.
