iBuyers Return to Housing Market Amid Pandemic

Although iBuyers closed up shop soon after states began locking down their economies to limit the spread of the novel coronavirus, at least two have begun to start buying again. So reports MarketWatch.

Offerpad picked up operations again on May 8 in more than 800 cities nationwide.

Opendoor, another company that buys homes directly and then resells them quickly, has also returned to business.

Both companies also said they were stepping up virtual or contactless options.
