The coronavirus outbreak, which has led to multiple deaths in the Seattle area, has cast a “cloud of uncertainty” over the tech hub’s housing market right at the start of homebuying season. So reports Geekwire.

ore-->Redfin CEO Glenn Kelman wrote in a blog post that agents had experienced “a significant drop in demand” in recent days.

But Windermere Real Estate broker Jeff Reynolds, who focuses on condos, said that all-time low mortgage rates due to coronavirus concerns had sparked “a sense of urgency” for buyers to close deals fast.
