Will Coronavirus Harm or Help Homebuying? Look to Seattle

The coronavirus outbreak, which has led to multiple deaths in the Seattle area, has cast a “cloud of uncertainty” over the tech hub’s housing market right at the start of homebuying season. So reports Geekwire.

But Windermere Real Estate broker Jeff Reynolds, who focuses on condos, said that all-time low mortgage rates due to coronavirus concerns had sparked “a sense of urgency” for buyers to close deals fast.
