Barry Wayne Plunkett Jr. got a sentence of 78 months in prison and five years of supervised release, while Nancy Plunkett was sentenced to one year and one day in prison plus five years of supervised release, according to authorities. Both reside in Hyannis Port, Mass.
They allegedly failed to pay off mortgages for clients after home loan refinances. The couple has been ordered to pay millions in restitution.
