Originally set for August 20, Hild’s sentencing hearing in Manhattan federal court is now on the books for September 10.
Hild, who is out on bond, has replaced Benjamin Dusing, a childhood friend from Kentucky who represented him at trial, with attorney Brian Jacobs of New York firm Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello.
