The lawsuits cite a September statement from Zillow chief operating officer Jeremy Wacksman on the iBuying business’ purportedly growing appeal and Zillow’s growing confidence that “this is going to be a service really in all-weather markets."
Both lawsuits were filed in Seattle, the first on November 16 and the second on November 19.
