Supreme Court Empowers President to Fire CFPB Head

The Supreme Court has struck down limits that Congress placed on the President’s ability to remove the head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. So reports NBC News.

Justice Elena Kagan, in a dissenting opinion, called the majority’s view oversimplified.
