Rocket Mortgage has announced that it is stepping up its branding campaign involving college athletic programs, and the nation’s largest mortgage lender has also debuted a new commercial starring TV commentator Kirk Herbstreit. So report the Winston-Salem (N.C.) Journal and AdAge.
Rocket’s multi-year partnerships with 25 universities will include signage at stadiums and arenas as well as on college campuses.
In the football-themed commercial, former Ohio State player Herbstreit helps a homeowner “visualize all the possibilities.”
