According to the Mortgage Bankers Association, the seasonally adjusted purchase index and the unadjusted index each rose 2% for the week ending 17. On an annual basis, the unadjusted index was up 19%.
That’s the ninth straight week of year-over-year increases in purchase loan activity, according to the MBA.
