WeWork’s Adam Neumann Launches Residential Real Estate Firm

WeWork founder Adam Neumann, whose infamously imploded company promised to revolutionize work through subleased coworking spaces, has returned with a new residential real estate company called Flow. So reports Fortune.

FlowWhat’s more, billionaire Marc Andreessen has bet on Flow to the tune of a reputed $350 million, which would be the biggest investment ever by Andreessen’s venture capital firm.

Though specifics were scant, Andreessen indicated in a blog post that Neumann’s new firm would work to address perceived shortcomings in both renting and home ownership.
