29% of real estate investors said kitchen renovations were the biggest bang for the buck, followed by 16% of investors who preferred flooring, 15% the master bathroom, 14% another bathroom and 10% a total home gut rehab. That's according to the most recent quarterly survey by mortgage financing provider Kiavi.
The survey also indicated that inflation was real estate investors’ top concern, followed by rising interest rates, access to capital and low inventory.
