According to ATTOM, the second-quarter saw 115,198 single-family houses and condos getting flipped—8.2% of all home sales, compared with 9.7% in the first quarter. That's still the third-highest home-flipping rate since 2000.
“The second quarter was another strong showing for fix-and-flip investors," ATTOM Executive Vice President of Market Intelligence Rick Sharga said in a statement.
